Book now to attend our Cygnus SmartNet Fundamental Training Course

Advanced courses can only be sat by attendees who have successfully completed the Fundamentals training course. 

When completing more than one form, please ensure that each form has a unique email address. 
 

Terms and conditions

Training charge is £195 per person. To book on to one of our courses, a purchase order number authorising this amount is required.

Existing customers (additional engineers): this charge is to cover non-attendance only and will be credited after the training. 

New Customers: Please note this charge will be credited against your first SmartNet order if placed within 3 months of successfully completing training. If more than 3 months lapse between training date and order date, the training charge becomes payable in line with the invoice payment terms. 

Failure to cancel with 5 working days' notice will result in the £195 training charge (per person) being payable in line with the invoice payment terms.

Once you have attended and successfully completed the course, competency is valid for 2 years. 

Training begins at 9am with lunch provided.
